2. License Agreements

Fluxon UI offers the following license types:

• Individual Plan: Grants one individual (License Holder) continuous, non-exclusive access to use the components.
• Team Plan: Permits up to 5 employees or contractors of the License Holder to use the components.
• Organization Plan: Allows up to 15 employees or contractors of the License Holder to use the components.

Use of our components is subject to the conditions and restrictions outlined in the respective license agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or purchasing our Services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account, password, and license key.
• Not share or make public your license key.

4. Payment Policy

Purchases are processed via Stripe, and you must agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. All payments for Fluxon UI are one-time payments for the selected license type.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at support@fluxonui.com.

6. Privacy Policy

Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the components are owned by Fluxon UI. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission from us.
• Redistribute or resell the components.
• Use the components to create a competing product.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fluxon UI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Fluxon UI immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Misuse of the license (e.g., sharing or distributing components or license keys beyond the terms of your license)
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
